black (and white) Friday

bwsaguaro

If you know where these beauties grow, you’ll know where I spent Thanksgiving. Doesn’t this saguaro look like a rollick of holiday revelers?

While this is my entry for Sky Watch Friday, I prefer this photo of my beautiful niece Lindsay, taken near the incredibly cool Santa Theresa Tile Works in Tucson.

Love the photo of Linds! That saguaro must be somewhere around the neighborhood…I’ll have to look around for it. I’m guessing the old beauty is at least 200 years old.
